ECA UPDATES
Early years & Primary - 1st ROUND: September 8 (from 7:00 PM) - limited to 1 ECA per child (in addition to Supervised Homework and Yifan/French Plus)
Early years & Primary - 2nd ROUND: September 9 (from 7:00 PM) - unlimited
Secondary: September 8 (from 7:15 PM)
The School operates on a first-come, first-served basis in instances where demand exceeds the available supply of places in the ECA.
All ECAs are subject to capacity limits, which may vary from one ECA to another.
If you arrive during the school year, we cannot guarantee a spot in every ECA, as availability will depend on current capacity.
We encourage you to contact the ECA team to confirm the availability of a specific ECA prior to joining the school.
- Fair and Inclusive: To ensure all students have the opportunity to partake in at least one ECA, registrations for Early Years and Primary will be split into two rounds. During the first round, the registrations will be limited to 1 ECA per child (in addition to Supervised Homework, and Yifan Mandarin/French Plus). The second round (the next day) will give access to unlimited registrations, subject to availability. We believe this approach will benefit our students by giving them more chances to have at least one activity.

- An easier way to Register: We have upgraded our registration system to the user-friendly EDUKA platform. Parents will now have better visibility of available ECAs, remaining spots, waiting lists, and registrations. The online registration, which usually takes place during the summer, is now scheduled for early September. We have also prepared a step-by-step guide with the ECA registration process. From mid-August, each parent will receive their EDUKA log-in details allowing access to the EDUKA platform. - Term-Based ECAs: For Early Years and Primary, we have aligned our ECA calendar with the Hong Kong Primary School Sports Association (HKPSSA) sports fixtures and school holidays. This allows for greater opportunities for inter-primary school competitions. By transitioning from semester to term-based ECAs, children will have more chances to explore new activities throughout the year.
- More activities: We have expanded our offerings and increased the availability of ECAs for the next academic year. We are also delighted to propose exciting new activities such as Musical Theatre, Young Inventors, Mini Rugby, Ballroom Bees, Chess discovery, Sewing….and more!
